Here's a look at the week ahead in math:
Targets for each class:
6th: I can write equivalent fractions using fractions blocks. I can simplify fractions using factor ladders. I can change between mixed numbers and improper fractions. I can change between fractions and decimals.
7th: I can write and analyze data from double stem and leaf plots.
I can create box and whisker plots. I can find mean, median, mode from box & whisker plots.
I can create a scatter plot of two variables and determine the relationship they share.
8th: I can identify slope and y-intercept using y=mx+b. I can write a linear equation given a slope and y-intercept. I can rewrite equations into the form y=mx+b. I can graph lines using slope & y-intercepts.
